What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, check, Zelle or all major credit cards through Quickbooks or Square

What are your regular business hours?

Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Saturday: By Appt Only 

Sunday: Closed 

Please call for 24/7 emergency service hours. Our 24 hour emergency services include boarding up exposed window and door openings that have been damaged as well as measuring for replacement glass. In certain circumstances, we may stock your replacement glass and be able to replace your glass without having to board up your opening. We are your one stop shop for glass related emergency services.

Do you offer emergency glass repair services?

Yes, we provide 24/7 emergency board-up and glass replacement services. If your window or door glass is damaged, we can secure the area promptly and measure for replacement glass. In some cases, we may have the necessary glass in stock to replace it immediately without the need for boarding up.

What areas do you service?

We serve residential and commercial properties in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Santa Barbara counties

Can you take down or cut our existing mirror?

There is no guarantee that your existing mirror can be taken down or cut without breaking. We recommend you buy a new mirror that is custom to your space.

Can you replace just one pane of glass on a double-pane window?

Most dual pane windows are manufactured in a quality-controlled environment and sealed to keep air or gas trapped between the panes. Once the seal has failed, the water and staining that occurs from condensing and evaporating leaves a hazy film on the glass that cannot be cleaned to perfection. Dual pane windows need to be replaced and can rarely be repaired once they have failed. 

Can you repair a glass tabletop?

Unfortunately, most cracked tabletop glass pieces cannot be repaired and must be replaced.

Can you install retractable screen doors?

Yes, we specialize in the installation of Phantom Screens® retractable screen doors. These are custom-made to fit your doors and come in various finishes, including standard and custom colors

Can you fix foggy windows due to condensation between the panes?

No. If you have condensation between panes, the glass unit will need to be replaced. This can usually be accomplished by replacing just the glass and not the whole window.

Only the bottom section of my window is broken. Do you have to replace the whole window or can you just replace the broken glass?

We specialize in glass replacement. We can, in most cases, replace just the broken glass.

Do you replace glass sliding door rollers?

Yes, we can replace rollers if needed.

Do you help design custom showers?

Yes. We will schedule a consultation to come out and help design your glass shower enclosure.

Can you install pet doors?

Yes, in most cases we can install pet doors into your existing door.

Do you replace window screens?

Yes, in some cases we can replace only the screen fiberglass. In other cases, we may need to build you a new screen.

Why does my window keep falling down instead of staying up when opened?

In most cases, this is caused by a failed window balance. Contact us to get this repaired.

Do you offer custom shower enclosures?

Absolutely. We design and install custom glass shower enclosures tailored to your bathroom's specifications. Our team will work with you to create a design that fits your space and style.

Can you replace glass in commercial storefronts?

Yes, we offer commercial glass replacement services, including storefronts, curtain walls, and other commercial glass applications.
