Door Hardware

This Rim Cylinder comes with two keys in the Schlage® 'C' keyway configuration. Available keyed randomly or alike in two different finishes. 1-7/8" (47.6 mm) breakaway screws and 1-1/4" (31.7 mm) breakaway spindle. 

The IR Von Duprin® 33A Series Rim Panic Exit Device is designed with a grooved case and is intended to fit door stiles as narrow as 1-3/4" (44 mm). This device features the "quiet One"® technology which eliminates most noise associated with Exit Devices and is manufactured to the highest standard of quality. All 33A and 35A Series Exit Devices are UL Listed for Panic Exit Hardware, and are tested in accordance to ANSI A156.3, Grade 1 standards.

The Mortise Thumbturn Cylinder is used to activate the lock without the need for a key. 1-5/32" (29 mm) diameter, 1" (25 mm) long 5-Pin Cylinder. Diecast zinc construction. Includes a 3/16" (4.8 mm) cylinder ring. Other cylinder ring sizes and styles available. 

LCN 4040 Series Surface Door Closer is designed for institutional and other rugged high traffic applications. This closer has been tested to ten million cycles and is certified to ANSI Standard A156.4 Grade 1. The closer is an adjustable multi-spring size 1 – 6 that can accommodate interior doors up to 60" (1.52 m) and exterior doors up to 48" (1.22 m). The closer is fully reversible and shipped complete with a parallel arm bracket permitting universal installation for regular, top-jamb, or parallel arm configuration as needed for the job. Optional accessories, such as Drop Plates and Hold Open Arms, are available for special installations.

The Dormakaba® (Dorma) BTS80 Series Floor Mounted Door Closers offer adaptability to almost any installation. The Dormakaba® Closer's compact body permits its use where a larger door closer would be prohibitive. The universal, non-handed design uses a system of interchangeable spindles, and will allow one basic door closer mechanism to be used for either single or double acting, center-hung or offset applications while accommodating virtually any floor covering or threshold height. The selective, multi-point hold open or variable delayed action feature makes this one of the most versatile door closers available. Accessories such as Cover Plates, Pivots, Center-Hung and Offset Arms are also available.

This DORMAKABA®(Dorma) Floor Closer Cover Plate is for use with the BTS80 Series Floor Mounted Closer. These cover plates are available in four popular finishes, and allow for full closer adjustment without removing the door.
